Anti-Aging Treatment in Gurgaon
Most anti-aging treatment in Gurgaon is sold by product: a syringe of this, a session of that. A face does not age by product. It ages in layers, and the layer that has changed decides what will work. Dr Lokesh Yadav, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and trained facial aesthetician at Denz Aesthetics, plans treatment that way, because he works with those layers in surgery.

How a face changes, layer by layer
- Skin. Texture coarsens, hydration falls, and fine lines and uneven tone appear. This layer answers to skin rejuvenation, peels and sun protection.
- Muscle. Repeated expression sets lines into the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. Botox relaxes the muscle that causes them.
- Fat. Pads in the cheeks thin out and slide downward, so the face looks hollow above and heavy below. Fillers restore volume where it has gone.
- Support. As tissue loosens, the mid-face and jawline lose their shape. A thread lift can give a modest lift without surgery.
- Bone and teeth. The facial skeleton recedes with age, and tooth loss speeds that up around the mouth.
Why that last layer is often missed
The teeth support the lower third of the face. Worn or missing teeth let the lips and cheeks fall in, and no filler can make up for that properly. It is a real advantage of having facial aesthetics and dentistry in the same clinic: if the cause of your sunken lower face is dental, you will be told, and the two can be planned together.
What to look for in whoever treats your face
- Do they look at your whole face, or only at the line you pointed to?
- Can they explain the anatomy, including what is close to the injection site?
- Are they comfortable treating less, or suggesting that you wait?
- Will they see you again to review the result?
The aim
The most common brief is to look rested, not treated. Getting there depends on restraint and placement more than on any product. An overdone result usually means too much was added in one place, without a plan for the whole face.
When non-surgical work is not enough
Significant sagging is beyond threads and fillers, and it is better to hear that at the consultation than after treatment. Sometimes the honest advice is that a treatment is not worth doing yet.

Frequently asked questions
At what age should anti-aging treatment start?
There is no set age. It depends on what you notice and what is driving it. Good sun protection pays off at any age, and injectables can wait until they are needed.
Will it look obvious?
The aim is the opposite: to look rested, not treated. That comes down to restraint and placement more than product.
Why have it done by a maxillofacial surgeon?
Botox, fillers and threads work around the muscles, nerves and bone of the face, which is the anatomy a maxillofacial surgeon trains in.
Can missing teeth make me look older?
Yes. Teeth support the lips and cheeks, so lost or worn teeth can make the lower face look sunken. Dental work can change what an aesthetic treatment needs to do.
