Two operatories, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm. Every treatment below is done at the clinic. Nothing is priced after the fact: you are told what it takes, how many visits and what it costs before anything begins.

Check-ups and cleaning

A six-monthly examination, scaling and polishing, and an honest list of what needs doing now, what can wait, and what needs nothing.

Fillings

Tooth-coloured fillings for decay and chipped teeth, done early so a small cavity does not become a root canal.

Root canal treatment

Saving a tooth that is infected or aching rather than pulling it, followed by a crown to protect what is left.

Caps for broken or root-treated teeth, and bridges to close a gap where an implant is not the right answer.

Braces and clear aligners

Crowding, gaps, deep bites and protruding teeth, corrected with fixed braces or clear aligners, for teenagers and adults.

Why a surgeon's clinic

The hard case does not
get sent away

At most dental clinics, the root that turns out to be curved, the wisdom tooth against the nerve, or the implant site with no bone is the moment you are referred somewhere else.

Here the dentist and the surgeon are the same practice. Dr Lokesh Yadav holds an MDS in oral and maxillofacial surgery, so the extraction that becomes surgical, the crown that needs an implant underneath it, and the bite that needs jaw surgery rather than braces are all handled in the same building, by people who already know your case.

  1. Book on WhatsApp or call

    Tell us what is bothering you, or that it is just a check-up. If another clinic has taken an X-ray, send it ahead.

  2. Examination and X-ray

    A full look at the teeth and gums, with an X-ray where it is needed to see what the eye cannot.

  3. A plain plan

    What needs doing, what can wait, what it costs and how many visits. Written down, before anything starts.

  4. Treatment

    Most routine work is done the same day or at the next visit. Braces, root canals and crowns run over a few appointments, on a schedule you are given up front.

  5. Review

    You are told what is normal afterwards, what is not, and when to call. Six-monthly check-ups keep the small things small.

a first visit

Do you see children?

Yes. First visits, fillings, fluoride and the early orthodontic checks that catch a bite problem while it is still easy to correct.

Is a check-up painful?

No. An examination, scaling and polishing are routine and comfortable. Anything that would hurt is done under local anaesthetic, and you are told before it happens.

Braces or aligners?

Both are done here. Fixed braces handle almost everything; clear aligners suit many adult cases where the correction is moderate and appearance during treatment matters. The consultation tells you which is right for your teeth, not which is more expensive.

Can a root canal be avoided?

Sometimes, if the decay is caught early enough for a filling. That is what the six-monthly check-up is for. Once the nerve is infected, a root canal is what saves the tooth.

What does treatment cost?

It depends on the tooth and the treatment, and it is told to you at the consultation, before anything starts. Nothing is added afterwards.

Do you take dental emergencies?

Yes. Call the clinic and you will be seen the same day wherever possible.
